Introduction

ElectroCell has developed a compact electrolysis system for generation of sodium hypochlorite for disinfection of pool water, drinking water and for use in industrial purposes. Chlor-o-Safe^® Compact produces ”fresh” sodium hypochlorite ( <1 % ) without any additives.

The unit is produced in Denmark with technology based on more than 30 years of experience of chlorine electrolysis. This results in a compact fully integrated unit where safety and reliability comes first.Chlor-o-Safe Compact include chlorine electrolysis, internal water softener, salt saturator as well as dosing pumps, all assembled in a special manufactured cabinet for optimized hygiene. The unit complies with requirements and safety regulations regarding storage of products containing sodium hypochlorite, thus making a separate room for storage unnecessary.

‍Note that this product does NOT contain chlorine gas and the electrolysis do not generate wastewater and do not require cooling/heating.

‍Chlor-o-Safe Compact is developed as a Plug & Play solution, thus easy to install. All functions are tested prior to delivery—only connection of electricity, water, ventilation and by-pass line for dosing point(s) are needed. Fill the saturator with salt and the unit is ready for operation.

The unit is equipped with a 6” color display with information in English, including a number of help functions which i.e. gives information on when test of water and re-filling of salt should be done.
